Brandon founded BV Building Solutions, LLC in 2020, growing the company from "one man and a truck" to over 75 team members across seven states. He prioritizes a trusted customer experience while driving business growth, staying true to BV’s core values of exceptional service, work ethic, and quality.
MIKE LAFFIN
CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER
As Chief Financial Officer, Mike brings decades of financial and operational expertise to BV. His prior 30-year career at IBM included leading procurement strategies across both U.S. and international markets, giving him a global perspective on cost control, vendor management, and strategic growth.

Brett provides his expertise in technology and data-driven decision making to help streamline operations, elevate customer service, and improve field efficiency at BV Building Solutions. He collaborates across teams to support business-wide initiatives and drive operational excellence.
